Lab Results:
Can I get a copy of my lab results?
California law requires your physician to authorize us to release a copy to you. Most doctors can make a copy of the lab report in their office and give a copy to you.
How long will it take to get my results?
Most lab results are back within 48 hours from the time the specimen reaches the lab. You will be notified when your results are available.
Doctor's Order Do I need a Doctor's order for lab tests? California law requires a physician order for laboratory tests. Chiropractors, osteopaths, and dentists may also order lab tests.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Once the specimen is drawn, we cannot provide a refund. However, if the test was not run for some lab-related reason, then you will be refunded the amount you paid.
Billing Insurance Can you bill my insurance? |
Yes, however the cash price no longer is available. Once we bill the insurance company, we are required to honor their contract price and agreement. If the billed amount is applied to your deductible, then we cannot legally give you a discounted price.
Lab Locations and Times Can I choose my lab location and time?
Yes! The hours of the lab draw stations are posted here. Most of the time you will be in and out within 15 minutes. However the busiest times are normally 7 to 9 am. If you need to be fasting, call us and we will direct you to the best locations.
Special Requirements
Are there any special requirements for my test(s), such as fasting?
When you call, we will tell you if there are any special requirements for your test(s). We also have special instructions listed in the Test sections of our site.
