Lab test can be difficult to understand, even with a printed order form from a physician. We make sure you get the rights test your doctor ordered; at the right price.
2. Payment Options:
There are 3 options available to pay for your test:
1. Pay with a credit or debit card over the phone.
2. Pay cash at the lab draw station - Call us first to get an authorization number #.
3. Deposit a payment at any CHASE BANK branch. (Click for Payment Instructions)
